It helps, but it's not required to begin. I can connect you with trusted mortgage professionals so you shop with real buying power when you're ready.
Can you help me compare different communities?
Absolutely — that's a core part of the value. I'll compare areas on price, lifestyle, commute, schools and long-term value against your priorities.
Do I have to sign anything to begin?
No. Submitting your brief creates no obligation. My job is to earn your trust first; paperwork only comes when you're ready to move forward.
Can you help with new construction?
